I purchased a Nespresso Delonghi EN680M coffee machine on the 31st of December from Harvey Norman Southland and I am enquiring as to how I can receive the $100.00 cashback discount which is available. Unfortunately the retailer did not have a form to send in for the redemption and advised me to investigate via the web.

To get the $50 cashback, you would have had to purchase your machine between August 1st and September 13th 2009, then fill out the form using the link provided in the post above. Your purchase would not qualify since you bought it in December.
